Here's what I'm thinking...
So I know spring race season is still several several months away, but by the end of this month I will have run all the races I’m signed up for, and I feel the need to be signed up for something to keep moving forward, so I’ve started thinking about March-May already. Here’s what I’m thinking…
April 22- Yonge St 10k (or whatever the crap it’s called now) -going...
So yesterday I posted my October goals, tonight I went back to edit them because I made a fairly significant typo. My goal for my first half is 2:43, NOT 1:43. Yeah that would be sweet and all, but I would die, literally. For realz.
I may alter the corrected goal before race day, we’ll see. I’m kinda thinking I could do a little better.

Ringette practice the morning after running 21K is kinda hard. I felt like no matter how fast I thought I was moving my legs, it just wasn’t happening. Surprisingly though, I;m actually not sore at all, just tired legs. Oh well, I had a better practice than those at home still in bad right?
October goals
I’m really excited for this month, the weather is sure to be great, I’m set to run my first half-marathon, and then in turn get my body back to a more regular eating/exercise plan.
So with this in mind, here are my goals for the month of October:
Run my first half-marathon
Finish half marathon in less than 1:43 2:43
Run my first offical sub-30 5k race
Lose 5 lbs
