I am not having a good day with the food, I want to eat everything in sight and my will power seems to be on vacation today.

1. I ran 9.1K on the treadmill, which is a long treadmill run for me. I get so bored!
2. I did a lower body weights workout and felt strong!
3. I did some graphic design work for my boyfriend to help him get his site redesign launched today

Do Life Challenge - Week 4
This week, Ben asked us to partner up with a random online stranger. I’m not going to lie, I was apprehensive to say the least. I’m not generally overly outgoing and I have a hard time meeting new people and making making small talk is hard enough, forget actually opening up and getting to know someone!

Well down another pound since last weigh in, which is great and all, but I am so darn close to the 50 lb goal, I thought it might finally happen this week. Sadly, I’m 0.9 away still. Oh well, next week.

Part of the Do Life Challenge has been to check in on how many pushups you can do. when we started on Jan 1, I did 1 (real pushup), today, I did 10!
I honestly can’t remember when I have ever been able to do 10 real pushups.

Do Life Challenge - Week 3 Review
This week’s challenge was to do a photo scavenger hunt. I must admit, when I first read through the list of photo ops, my thoughts were along the lines of, well I won’t be doing this, no way. But as the week started, I saw a few I could do. And each day, through creative thinking, and slightly stepping out of my comfort zone, I found a few more I could do.

I predicted 18:36. I ran 18:23. 13 seconds off. Not bad, but I should have went with my original thought of 18:20. There were 3 hills that I thought would slow me down, but I guess there’s also the adrenaline of the race factor. Anyways, prediction run was fun, I’ll do it again!
Tomorrow morning I’m doing a 3K prediction run. I’m sitting here trying to figure out my strategy, but can’t make a decision. Do I go hard and try to reach my fastest time, go steady and hope for consistency, or take it slow and easy? I really can’t decide.
I have until 10:15 tomorrow to decide!

1. I had my annual physical today and went with a list of questions. Being healthy is about taking interest in all aspects of your health.
2. I had a productive work from home day today.
3. I went to ringette practice then followed up with a quick 2 mile run on the treadmill.

2. Busted ass to get to FitWall class after my run, even though my shoes/feet were wet, and going home was much more appealing.

Today was particularly hard to come up with these. I honestly feel like I did a lot of things wrong today, or didn’t do a lot of things I should have. However, here it is.
