Went to the gym tonight even though I really didn’t want to. I didn’t stay long, but at least I went. I did about 12 minutes warm up on the spin bike followed by about 20 minutes of full body weights. So I went to the gym and worked the shit out of them. 30 mins on the stationery bike with 10 sets of 1min hill climbs. A bunch of squats and deadlifts with the kettlebells.
