So have I mentioned how much my arms hurt today!? Yesterday’s WOD called for as many kettlebell swings as I could do in a total of 6 minutes. I managed 71.In between each minute of KB swings, was a minute of rowing. Did I also mention is was with a 35 lb kettlebell? I just realized I’m less than 7 weeks from my 15K race, and I’m still on the injured list.
