i'm lyndsey
1. I ran a nice 5.5K at a good pace, and despite the wind that picked up this afternoon, making me not want to go.
2. After the run I headed to the gym for fitWall class.
3. I emailed and checked in with my buddies.
4. My eating came in on daily points target today, even with a Starbucks and a few tortilla chips tonight. Moderation!
