Half Training W1D1

The time has come, back on that training grind! I must admit, I’m excited to be back on a real plan with a finish goal in mind. I’ve kept a plan all winter, but without a solid end goal in mind, it was always much easier to do something else or cut it short.

So W1D1 calls for a stretch and strengthen session, so I got down on the floor with my yoga mat, foam roller, and some YouTube and did some yoga flow and stretching for about a half hour. Feelin good!
