4 things I did well today

1. Ran 5K, even though it went horribly and I wanted to quit after 2K.

2. Went to the gym and lifted some weights, basically like a boss.

3. Healthy protein smoothie for breakfast.

4. Tracked all of the foods, even though there were some bad choices, and too much of a good thing included in there.
