No One Cares How You Run

I stumbled across this article while on Twitter today. It’s worth a read, and you might also substitute “eat” for “run” and get another worthwhile message.

This, however, is not to say that you should avoid asking others for advice or seeking feedback. Just remember that we are all, “an experiment of one.”

I like this article. Only thing is, unfortunately some people do care what others’ do, even though they shouldn’t. But the words, the words are exactly how I feel about the great barefoot/shod running debate.
