My year on Daily Mile.
Not very impressive this year really, but you can pretty much see exactly where my injury got unmanagable.
I guess what is impressive is that I kept on running all year, 3x a week, nearly every week, despite not being able to run very far.
The 302 workouts number is also pretty decent I suppose.
I don’t really like that 33 lbs burned number. It’s slightly depressing since I actually gained 15lbs or so. Hello bad eating.
